How we approached the project?
With three Stillwell communities spread across different states, this shoot was all about smart logistics and authentic storytelling. We produced, shot, and edited a lifestyle video that brought it all together—using drone footage from each location and lifestyle scenes filmed entirely in Venice, FL. Our goal was to create something that felt real and not overproduced. So instead of elaborate setups, we leaned into natural moments, guiding amateur models to capture honest, relatable footage.
