How we approached the project?
We took a doc-style approach to tell the heartwarming story behind Olive Coffee Cart. Shot over a half-day in the beautiful TX Studio in Fort Worth, we used natural lighting, high-frame-rate b-roll, and interview-driven editing to let the story unfold organically. With just four hours of studio time, one interview setup, and two energetic kids on set, we moved fast and shot with purpose—capturing everything from latte pours to behind-the-scenes family moments.
